hard to say, Herbert Nordrum had 'erection' scene earlier in the movie, that was clearly a prosthetic but here, i don't know. There is one more clip coming where Anders shows his gigantic, uncut soft penis in slo-mo, maybe that's a plus for this erection being real.

According to fleshbot, Herbert Nordrum's erection was real. The director confirmed it in the dvd commentary. Don't know about this scene though. Ander's erection goes straight across. If it was real, would it slightly angle up? or curve a bit more if it was semi-hard? Anyways, still a sexy scene.
