    Please, don't take this as bad, but why do you keep using .avi? That format is mostly dead and inefficient. You should look into encapsulate h.264 or even h.265 into a .mp4 instead ;)

      This is an easy fix for you, download VLC Media Player like you already should have. If you want a different file format, you can convert it yourself. Resti does this all FOR FREE for us, the least you could do is troubleshoot your own issue.
