The naked jocks are Joshua Dave Tynchuh (Naked Jock 1) and Jon Johnson (Naked Jock 2) according to IMDB. Johnson is definitely the black actor, confirmed by his other roles (see the Wiki on Falling Skies). There are only two full frontals in the scene. Seems logical that Tynchuh is Jock 1.
