"Synonymes" by Nadav Lapid, an Israeli film which is also called in Hrbrew "Milim Nirdafot" - the main actor Tom Mercier has 2 super lengthy and super hot full frontal scenes and one shorter but still very good. The film itself wasn't the best imo but the nudity makes up to this.
